Operations Accountant

Hollandia Dairy is seeking an Operations Accountant to support Finance, Accounting & Administration in our San Marcos production and distribution operations. This role owns cost and inventory accounting for dairy products, analyzing production yields, variances, and logistics costs to improve profitability. You will reconcile plant activity to the general ledger, support month-end close, and prepare clear operational financial reports. Partnering closely with operations and logistics, you will track KPIs, support budgets and forecasts, and strengthen internal controls.
