Special Needs After School/Saturday Coordinator

Sid Jacobson JCC seeks a Special Needs After School/Saturday Coordinator to lead inclusive programs for children and teens with disabilities. The Coordinator will design and oversee structured after school and Saturday activities that foster social, emotional, and life skills in a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff and volunteers, adapting activities to diverse abilities, managing behavior supports, and maintaining strong communication with families, schools, and internal partners. This role is on-site at our East Hills community center and offers meaningful, mission-driven work within a collaborative, values-based team.
