Customer Success & Account Manager

THE RITESCREEN COMPANY LLC is seeking a Customer Success & Account Manager to support key OEM, distributor, and dealer accounts in the window and patio door screen industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring accurate order management, proactive communication, and timely resolution of service or delivery issues. You will coordinate closely with plant operations, logistics, and sales to align forecasts, production, and inventory while identifying opportunities to grow account revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships in a safety-minded, collaborative environment.
