Training Manager

Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission products, is seeking a Training Manager to lead technical and safety training across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assess skill gaps, design structured programs, and deliver hands-on training for production, maintenance, and support teams. You will develop materials, SOPs, and documentation, coordinate onboarding, and partner with operations and engineering leaders to align training with quality, safety, and productivity goals. This is an on-site, highly collaborative role in a stable, growth-focused environment.
