Client Services Manager

HSC Central Ohio LLC is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client-centered support within our in-home supportive care organization in Columbus, Ohio. This role oversees daily service delivery, ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality assistance that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring care plans, supervising and scheduling care staff, resolving client and family concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with home- and community-based services standards. The Client Services Manager collaborates closely with a compassionate, mission-driven team to enhance client satisfaction, support staff performance, and continually improve service quality for individuals living safely at home.
