Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Asbury Automotive Group, you will be the main link between customers and our service technicians, delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience. You will greet customers, accurately document vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repairs, and clearly communicate pricing, timing, and repair status. Working within our performance-driven culture, you'll use dealership systems and OEM guidelines to write repair orders, verify warranty coverage, coordinate with parts and technicians, and ensure work is completed on time. You'll review invoices, explain services performed, and promote recommended maintenance and loyalty programs to drive retention and revenue.
