After School Site Director

Sid Jacobson JCC seeks an After School Site Director to oversee daily operations of an on-site enrichment program serving elementary-aged children. The director supervises staff, manages schedules, and maintains a safe, nurturing environment aligned with SJJCC's mission and Jewish values of respect, community, and kindness. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate activities, coordinating family communication, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing rosters and attendance, and responding to behavioral or safety concerns. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, child supervision, and program coordination experience within education or youth programs.
