Associate Dean, Restorative Justice

Vermont Law School seeks an Associate Dean of Restorative Justice to lead its restorative justice portfolio within a mission-driven, public-interest law school. Reporting to academic leadership, the Associate Dean will provide strategic direction for restorative justice programs, develop and assess innovative curricula, and teach and mentor JD and graduate students focused on social justice careers. The role includes building partnerships with communities, courts, and justice organizations, supporting faculty scholarship, managing program operations, and advancing VLS's commitment to environmental and social justice in a collaborative, close-knit academic environment.
