Customer Service Representative

Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our farming, packing, and distribution operations. In this role, you will respond to retailer, processor, and consumer inquiries, process orders, resolve delivery and quality issues, and coordinate with farm, warehouse, and logistics teams. You'll maintain accurate customer records, prepare basic reports, and ensure timely communication on shipments and product availability. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with computer systems, and enjoy building strong relationships while representing a family-owned, values-driven agricultural business.
