In Service Director

Pomeroy Living seeks an In Service Director to lead staff education, training, and compliance across our senior living community. This role designs, delivers, and tracks orientation and ongoing in-service programs for clinical and non-clinical team members, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and company standards. The In Service Director assesses training needs, maintains accurate records, supports survey readiness, and partners with department leaders to improve quality of care, safety, and resident experience in a resident-centered, compassionate, and professional environment.
