Year Up is seeking a dedicated Banking Job Training Program Coordinator to join our mission in empowering young adults by closing the opportunity gap. This role focuses on developing and supervising our one-year banking training program that combines academic learning with real-world internships. The ideal candidate will design curriculum, manage program logistics, and support students throughout their educational and professional journey at Year Up.
