Front Counter Representative

Astound is seeking a Front Counter Representative to be the face of our local office, supporting customers with internet, TV, and phone services. You'll greet walk-in customers, handle payments, process new service orders, equipment exchanges, and account changes, while promoting Astound products that best fit customer needs. Using billing, CRM, and POS systems, you'll resolve basic service questions, educate customers on WiFi and streaming options, and escalate complex technical issues. This on-site role suits detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented telecommunications environment.
