Staff Development Coordinator

Life Care Centers is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to join our Training & Development team in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate staff training programs that support high-quality, patient-first care in our senior living and rehabilitation facilities. You will coordinate onboarding, ongoing clinical education, and compliance training, while coaching team members to enhance skills and performance. Collaborating with leaders and interdisciplinary teams, you'll promote a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and compassionate, family-focused support for residents and staff.
