You will help oversee flock health, production performance, biosecurity, feed management, and hatchability targets while ensuring strict compliance with animal welfare and food safety standards. Partner with the Breeder Manager to supervise farm staff, coordinate scheduling, monitor environmental controls, and analyze production data.
