Pullett Supervisor

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Pullet Supervisor to oversee daily pullet (young hen) growing operations within our Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing division. This role manages bird health, feed, water, lighting, and environmental conditions to meet production targets and animal welfare standards. The Pullet Supervisor leads and trains farm staff, monitors biosecurity and safety practices, maintains detailed production and mortality records, and coordinates with live production, veterinary, and feed mill teams to support efficient, high quality poultry production and continuous improvement on assigned farms.
