Professional Development Leader

Houston Methodist Continuing Care Hospital seeks a Professional Development Leader to advance clinical and non-clinical staff learning across our long-term acute and rehabilitation hospital. This role designs, implements, and evaluates evidence-based education, orientations, and competency programs that support safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Partnering with clinical leaders and educators, you will assess learning needs, lead simulations and in-services, support regulatory readiness, mentor preceptors, and promote a culture of faith-based compassion, innovation, and lifelong learning in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
