TEAM LEADER

As a Bakery Assistant Team Leader at Giant Eagle, you'll support daily bakery operations while leading and coaching team members to deliver fresh, high-quality products and outstanding guest service. You'll help plan production, manage product merchandising, monitor freshness and food safety, and maintain clean, organized work areas. You will assist with ordering, inventory, and shrink control, train new team members, and model our people-first culture of respect, teamwork, and community while ensuring a welcoming, efficient bakery experience for every guest.
