TEAM LEADER

As a Prepared Foods Team Leader Assistant at Giant Eagle, you will support daily operations in the Prepared Foods department, ensuring fresh, high-quality offerings and outstanding guest service. You'll assist with production planning, merchandising, and inventory while enforcing food safety and sanitation standards. Partnering closely with the Team Leader, you'll help schedule, train, and coach Team Members, fostering a collaborative, customer-first culture. You will monitor sales, waste, and labor to meet department goals and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, product presentation, and the overall shopping experience.
