Freedom Credit Union is seeking a Universal Agent to deliver member-first service across teller, account, and basic lending functions. In this role, you will assist members with transactions, open and maintain accounts, support loan and mortgage applications, and promote digital banking tools. You will listen carefully to member needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure every interaction follows regulatory, security, and quality standards.
