We're helping our client find an experienced OTR CDL A Driver based in Abilene, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity paying 32% of gross revenue - averaging $1,600/week with additional performance bonuses on top - up to ($500/weekly).

This role requires drivers to stay out for 2 weeks at a time. Must have a minimum of 6 months CDL A experience and a clean MVR.

• Performance bonuses for safety, fuel economy, inspections, and longevity ($500/weekly)

• OTR - out for 2 weeks at a time

• Running OTR dry van routes out of Abilene, TX
• Operating a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission and sleeper cab
• Hauling dry van freight

• Valid CDL A
• 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
