Bilingual Member Contact Center Supervisor

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Member Contact Center Supervisor for our Tyler West office. In this role, you will lead a team of contact center representatives serving members by phone and digital channels in both English and Spanish. You will coach staff on service quality, sales referrals, and compliance, monitor performance metrics, handle escalated member issues, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. The supervisor partners with leadership to improve processes, support financial education, and foster a collaborative, member-focused culture aligned with Altra's mission and community values.
