Traditional Clubhouse Director

The Traditional Clubhouse Director leads daily operations of a Boys & Girls Club, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for youth. This role supervises staff and volunteers, oversees program delivery in academics, healthy lifestyles, and character development, and manages budgets, schedules, and facilities. The Director builds strong relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners while maintaining compliance with all safety and child protection standards. The role also supports data tracking, grant reporting, and local fundraising events to advance BGCA's mission.
