Human Resources Generalist

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management function within a fast-paced strategic communications and public affairs firm. In this hands-on role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration; coordinate benefits and payroll changes; support performance management and training; and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. You will partner closely with senior leaders to enhance culture, employee engagement, and talent development in a collaborative, high-performance, client-focused environment.
