CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

United Valley Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our community-focused lending and service team. In this role, you will assist lenders with loan documentation, gather customer information, process applications, and maintain accurate records. You will also open and service deposit accounts, answer customer inquiries, handle transactions, and provide friendly, personalized support in person and by phone. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals who enjoy building long-term relationships in a small-town banking environment while learning multiple aspects of community banking.
