Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

As Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director at Drax, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance performance across our power generation assets and broader value chain. You'll use data-driven analysis to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost-to-serve while advancing Drax's zero-carbon, lower-cost energy goals. Partnering with engineering, commercial, and supply chain leaders, you will design and execute optimization programs, establish KPIs, and oversee critical projects.
