Maintenance

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a skilled Maintenance professional to keep our care environments safe, functional, and welcoming. In this hands-on role, you'll perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds for our programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Responsibilities include addressing work orders and urgent repair needs; inspecting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems; coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs; and supporting room setups, moves, and minor renovations. You'll follow strict safety and regulatory standards while collaborating with compassionate, mission-driven teams who serve individuals and families in need.
