Clinical Development Generalist

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Clinical Development Generalist to lead clinical education across primary care, dental, and behavioral health teams. This role designs and delivers training, supports onboarding and competencies, and advances evidence-based, whole-person care for underserved patients. Partnering with an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team, you'll coordinate simulations, in-services, and quality-focused learning that promote clinical excellence, health equity, and professional growth in a collaborative, faith-inspired environment.
