The Practice

• Outpatient-only model

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 starting salary + productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus up to $125,000
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Student loan assistance and PSLF eligibility

Additional structure details:

• Salary guarantee for 18 months, then transitions to a productivity model
• Two-year contract
• Seeking physicians interested in long-term practice (7 10+ years preferred)
• Open to new graduates (not considering 2027 candidates)
• Willing to wait for California licensure
