Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • Supervised model in a Level 2 trauma facility with 15 operating rooms

  • 4 endoscopy suites with service to other specialty areas

  • Primary need is for scheduled cases; willingness to take call is highly valued

  • Opportunity available for a pediatric-trained CRNA to support ENT and other outpatient specialty areas in ambulatory surgery locations

  • Expected surgical types include complete orthopedics, complex vascular, head and spine, neuro, OB, pediatrics, and thoracic

  • Required skills include general anesthesia (adult and pediatric preferred), obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases (head and spine), thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases, and pain management techniques

  • Arterial line placement and ventilation management required

  • Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required

  • Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

  • Board certification required at minimum certified level

  • Average of 4-5 patient encounters per shift

  • Locum Tenens assignment, ASAP start with ongoing need
