A well-established behavioral health organization in Evanston, Illinois is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing care to adolescents and emerging adults (ages ).

This is an opportunity to practice in an innovative continuum of care focused on helping young adults achieve long-term recovery and independence through comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric treatment.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time or Part-time
  • Monday Friday schedule (can be split between providers)
  • Shared call responsibilities with light after-hours volume
  • Patient population: Ages
  • Average treatment duration: 6 8 months
  • Practice across Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient, and residential levels of care
  • Collaborative team including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, neuropsychologists, and behavioral health professionals
  • Opportunity to utilize advanced treatment modalities, including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS)
  • Leadership and professional development opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Provide medication management
  • Conduct diagnostic and risk assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver psychiatric care across multiple levels of behavioral health services
Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Interest or experience working with adolescents and young adults
  • Collaborative, patient-centered approach
