Job Summary

DOC Cafe is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice services in a low-volume, value-based care setting. This role emphasizes preventive care, care coordination, and long-term health outcomes for patients.

This is a part-time, 1099 contract opportunity offering weekly compensation with negotiable rates in a supportive, team-based environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 2 3 days per week
• Patient volume: Approximately 7 10 patients per day
• Low-volume clinic
