Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Farmington, Maine

• Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing projects a November start; earlier start possible with an active Maine license)
• Assignment Length: Minimum 3 months with potential to extend 6-9 months
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Patient Care: 6-8 hours per day
• Administrative/In-Basket: Approximately 2 hours per day
• Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Call: None
• Weekend Coverage: None

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Adult patient population
• Minimum of 16 patients per day
• Acute and chronic disease management
• Annual wellness visits
• Post-hospital follow-up
• Preventive care
• Medication refills
• Test result review and follow-up
• Referral management
• Patient advice and in-basket management
• Approximately 12 physicians and 15 APPs across the practice
• May float between three primary care office locations in Farmington
• No residents or fellows
• Strong physician support team
• EMR: Epic

• Active Maine medical license (Required)

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (Required)

• Family Medicine trained (Required)
• Epic EMR experience (must be noted at the time of name clear)
