Flexibility is key, as coverage may include transitioning from clinic duties to urgent hospital needs. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work five days per week, though a two weeks on/two weeks off schedule is also feasible.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across multiple settings
  • Engage in clinical consultation, independent practice, and mentorship
  • Maintain flexibility to manage both clinic duties and urgent hospital needs
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified OB/GYN
  • Active Washington license or IMLC eligibility
  • DEA registration
  • Minimum of three years of post-training experience, or two years with fellowship training
  • Recent clinic and surgical experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Working Hours
  • Full-time preferred: Five days per week, four weeks per month
  • Minimum commitment: Two weeks on/two weeks off
  • Must be available for clinic and hospital procedural duties as needed
Skills
  • Proficiency in handling both low and high-risk pregnancies
  • FHR interpretation and OB Ultrasounds
  • Experience with routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and VBACs
  • Proficient in both office and surgical gynecology procedures
