  • Experience: Recent EP or Electrophysiology experience preferred
  • License: Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain

Pay & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: Estimated $650,000 $700,000 (exact compensation discussed upon application)
  • Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus (amount to be determined)

What You ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient EP services across metro Detroit hospitals
  • Perform pacemaker, defibrillator, and ablation procedures
  • Participate in inpatient rounding and share call responsibilities (shared call at 2:1 ratio)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, surgeons, and APPs
  • Manage and build a patient panel with strong internal referral streams
  • Contribute to teaching and mentoring residents and fellows
  • Utilize Cerner EMR (transitioning to Epic in early 2026)

What You Need:
  • Active Michigan medical license or eligible
  • Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology
  • ACLS, BLS, DEA certifications
  • EP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care
