• Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient primary care services for diverse patient populations
• Conduct evaluations, diagnose, and manage common acute and chronic illnesses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and radiology
• Engage in patient education and preventive health strategies
• Participate in shared phone call responsibilities (no inpatient duties)
• Support community health initiatives and ongoing practice improvement

What You Need:

• Active Alabama medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach
