The Amarillo VA Medical Center, part of the Thomas E. Creek VA Health Care System, is seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to serve as the Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Medical Director within our Geriatric and Extended Care (GEC) Service.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape and advance a vital program serving our nation s Veterans providing comprehensive, interdisciplinary care to frail and chronically ill patients in the comfort of their homes.
