Physician - Urology


Job Details:

  • Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) with no nighttime or weekend call

  • Mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic coverage

  • Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and a practice manager

  • Expected patient volume of 40 to 70 patients per day

  • Adult patient population only, no pediatrics

  • Urology office with newer renovation featuring 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms with long-tenured staff

  • Daytime hospital call includes rounding, consults, and OR with occasional clinic add-ons but no templated clinic time

  • EMR system: EPIC

  • Hospital bed size: 73 beds

  • Special procedures include ureteroscopies; general urology skills required

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required

  • Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand required

  • DEA required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required; new graduates will also be considered
