JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Medical Oncology (or Hematology preferred)
• Licenses: Active OR License (or eligibility), Universal License (IMLC) accepted
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient hematology/oncology care.
• Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider.
• Perform bone marrow biopsies.
• Conduct patient consultations (1-3 per week).
• Collaborate with support staff including Hemoc trained ARNP and nurses.
