Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the resident-based outpatient OB-GYN clinic in Lower Fairfield County. This role focuses on shaping clinical and educational programs, mentoring residents, and developing specialized practices in gynecology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about menopause care and resident teaching, with a strong background in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct the resident-based outpatient OB-GYN clinic at the hospital, shaping clinical and educational programs.
• Supervise and mentor OB-GYN residents in patient care and professional development.
• Coordinate with subspecialists in Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Family Planning.
• Build a gynecology practice and lead a comprehensive Menopause & Midlife Health Program.
• Participate in developing a referral-based gynecologic surgical practice with mentorship.
• Schedule 1/2 day a week for surgery.
• Focus on outpatient gynecology with no OB call and no L/D, while having access to hospital resources.
• Play an active role in education.

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible OB-GYN with interest in menopause care and resident teaching.
• Eligibility for Connecticut licensure.
• 2 years of experience with leadership required.
