Coverage Details
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Dual-facility assignment; provider will work 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other

Requirements
Board Certified in OBGYN
Active Colorado license or IMLC
Active BLS - highly preferred
Active DEA - highly preferred
Clean malpractice/background - highly preferred

Assignment Details
Setting: Clinic
No trauma/not rated
Admissions: 18-20 patients per day
Support staff: MA
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days standard; 30 days or less for temporary privileges (clean background and malpractice required)
EMR: Epic
