This established healthcare facility features a 13-bed oncology department with 3 additional permanent providers on staff, creating a well-supported and collaborative clinical environment. The facility offers an oncology center focused on delivering comprehensive cancer care to the surrounding community.

Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Job Details:

• 4 shifts per week, 8-10 hours per day depending on patient volumes
• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
• Patient volume of 12-15 patients per day
• Beeper-only call for established patients, very light call volume of 2-5 calls per week (phone only)
• Preference given to candidates with long-term commitment and driving distance proximity
• Apartment accommodations available on site
• Board certification required with minimum board certification eligible
• Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, and BLS
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days
• Nearest airports are GSO and RDU; drive-in candidates preferred
