An established outpatient pediatric practice in Elk Grove is looking for a Pediatrician to join its team.

This position offers a four-day workweek option, productivity incentives and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with local children and their families.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $180,000 to $240,000 annual salary
  
• $12,000 to $14,000 productivity bonus potential
  
• Four-day workweek option
  
• Outpatient pediatric setting
  
• Three-year employment agreement
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to pediatric patients
  
• Conduct well-child and same-day sick visits
  
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions
  
• Educate and support patients and families
  
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
  

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
  
• Board Certified in Pediatrics
  
• Active California medical license or eligibility for licensure
  
• Current DEA registration
