Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join a well-established outpatient behavioral health practice serving a diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive psychiatric care in a supportive outpatient setting.

Schedule:
- Full-time preferred.
- Monday - Friday.
- Standard daytime hours.
- Option to work a 32-hour (4-day) schedule.
- No weekend or on-call responsibilities mentioned.
Compensation & Incentives:

Position Requirements:
- Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
- Clean malpractice history.
- Experience treating pediatric behavioral health patients is preferred (providers seeing children as young as five years old are highly desired, although other pediatric age ranges will be considered).
- Full-time availability preferred.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing care for patients with behavioral and mental health conditions, including:
- Anxiety Disorders.
- Substance Use Disorders.
- Trauma-related behavioral health concerns.
Practice Environment:
- Outpatient-only setting.
- Average patient volume of approximately 7 patients per day.
- Modern EHR with AI-assisted documentation and dictation tools.
- Collaborative multidisciplinary care model.
- Clinical Support.
Providers are supported by:
- Medical Assistants.
- Registered Nurses.
- Behavioral Health Clinicians.
- Referral Coordinators.
- Medical Records Team.
- Front Office Staff.
- Billing & Coding Team.

The behavioral health team works closely with primary care providers and licensed behavioral health professionals to provide integrated patient care.
