- Schedule /Shift hours: 8-hour shifts for 3-4 days of clinic followed by adjacent weekend call 1-2x/month. Weekend EP call from 5pm-7am will be required as well. We would be looking for a locum to offer this coverage for 2 weeks a month. We may add some EP lab days for the right candidate.

- Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must be able to demonstrate active cardiology practice, reflective of the scope of privileges requested for at least 100 inpatients in the past 24 months in an accredited hospital or healthcare facility or demonstrate successful completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship, or research within the past 24 months.
- Additionally, for EP: Applicant must provide documentation of performance of electrophysiology cases (30 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months (applicants who completed fellowship training in electrophysiology during the previous year must provide a training log). If ablation privileges are requested the total number of cases must include the performance of a minimum of (30) ablation cases in the previous year.
- Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them: Interventional and General Cardiology will be on call as well on the weekends.
