Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Shifts: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial, and highly skilled fellowship-trained Urogynecologist to help expand comprehensive pelvic-floor services within a growing Central Florida practice and ambulatory surgery center.

The selected physician will provide outpatient evaluation, office-based procedures, and surgical management for women with urinary, pelvic-floor, and reconstructive conditions. This position offers the opportunity to help develop a dedicated Bowel and Bladder Center while practicing within an established clinical and ambulatory surgical infrastructure.

The role is well suited for a physician who values professional autonomy, continuity of care, program development, and the opportunity to build a long-term specialized practice.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic-organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, recurrent urinary tract concerns, pelvic-floor disorders, and related urogynecologic conditions.
  • Perform appropriate office-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Provide surgical and nonsurgical treatment for pelvic-floor conditions.
  • Develop and expand advanced bladder-treatment services, including sacral neuromodulation.
  • Perform pelvic reconstructive procedures consistent with the physician's training, privileges, and scope of practice.
  • Provide preoperative and postoperative care.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN or Urology residency.
  • Completion of an accredited Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowship.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
  • Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial-payer enrollment.
  • Eligible for applicable ambulatory surgery center and facility privileges.
