Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial, and highly skilled fellowship-trained Urogynecologist to help expand comprehensive pelvic-floor services within a growing Central Florida practice and ambulatory surgery center.
The selected physician will provide outpatient evaluation, office-based procedures, and surgical management for women with urinary, pelvic-floor, and reconstructive conditions. This position offers the opportunity to help develop a dedicated Bowel and Bladder Center while practicing within an established clinical and ambulatory surgical infrastructure.
The role is well suited for a physician who values professional autonomy, continuity of care, program development, and the opportunity to build a long-term specialized practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic-organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, recurrent urinary tract concerns, pelvic-floor disorders, and related urogynecologic conditions.
- Perform appropriate office-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Provide surgical and nonsurgical treatment for pelvic-floor conditions.
- Develop and expand advanced bladder-treatment services, including sacral neuromodulation.
- Perform pelvic reconstructive procedures consistent with the physician's training, privileges, and scope of practice.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN or Urology residency.
- Completion of an accredited Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowship.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
- Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
- Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial-payer enrollment.
- Eligible for applicable ambulatory surgery center and facility privileges.
