Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • Provide anesthesia coverage in OB Labor Suite including epidural placement and management, spinal placement for C-sections, C-section care, and postoperative rounds

  • Coverage needed Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with Saturday and Sunday coverage available in 24 or 12-hour shifts to cover the entire weekend

  • Must have 30 documented epidurals placed within the past 2 years for credentialing purposes

  • Expected patient encounters of approximately 8 patients per shift

  • General anesthesia skills required for adult patients, preferred for pediatric patients

  • Spinal anesthesia and epidural anesthesia skills required

  • Regional anesthesia surgery skills required

  • Obstetrical case experience required

  • Proficiency in evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required

  • Arterial line placement preferred

  • Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

  • Board certification required at minimum Certified level
