General Dentist 5 Days/Week, Weekend Flexibility St. Cloud, MN

A growing, high-volume dental practice in St. Cloud is seeking General Dentists for an ASAP start and an ongoing assignment of three months or longer. Multiple providers may be considered, with flexibility for candidates who can cover some weekend shifts.

The clinical team includes three front office staff, one designated dental assistant per dentist, additional dental assistants, registered dental hygienists, and two other dentists.

The Role:

• Location: St. Cloud, MN 56303
• Schedule: Five days per week, Monday Sunday availability, with some weekend coverage needed
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
• Patient Volume: 20+ patients per day in a high-volume bread-and-butter practice
• Clinical Scope: Exams, fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and general bread-and-butter dentistry
• Tech Stack: Eaglesoft, CT imaging, panoramic imaging, digital X-rays, Dandy scanners, and TRIOS 6 scanners
• Preferred Skills: DEA registration is preferred but not required
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Hotel accommodations and mileage reimbursement are provided.

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Minnesota dental license and current BLS certification.
• Onboarding: 1 2 week fast-track onboarding.
• Practice Fit: A productive, adaptable dentist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a well-supported clinical team.
