About the Role
We're a patient-first dental practice looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. This full-time position features a 4-day workweek, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment where quality care and staff well-being go hand in hand.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday Thursday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week)
- $105,000 $112,000 annually
- PTO and sick time

Position Offers
- Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings
- Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments
- Capture and process dental radiographs per state guidelines
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation
- Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols
- Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Active PA Dental Hygienist license
- At least 1 year of clinical hygiene experience
- Radiography certification per Pennsylvania regulations
- Solid grounding in preventive care and infection control best practices
- Strong communication skills and a talent for patient education
- A team-oriented mindset
