- Compensation: Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $265,000, depending on experience. Sign-on + relocation assistance are negotiable, plus a health center performance bonus.

Qualifications- Eligible for and able to obtain medical licensure in the state of Indiana- BE/BC in Family Medicine- Current CPR certification- Ability to meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals
