• Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM; Additionally, 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday on assigned weekends
• Hours/Week: 40+ hours (including weekend shifts)
• Employment: Long-term locum position, potential for permanent placement
• License/Certifications: BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist; PA license or IMLC with LOQ; required child abuse and pain management education for PA license
• Experience: Prior experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care in a modern, integrated setting.
• Conduct daily hospital rounds and consults as assigned.
• Participate in patient management during weekends as scheduled.
• Oversee Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Manage urgent patient issues and critical values outside of scheduled hours, providing after-hours call coverage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including tumor boards and radiation oncology services.
• Support ongoing patient care and treatment planning within a full-spectrum cancer practice.

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC with LOQ
• Demonstrated experience in hematologic and oncologic care preferred
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
